• CORE RESPONSIBILITY 核心职责
• Lead new projects development, partner with key stakeholders and a wide variety of functional groups such as sales, R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain to support new product development. This includes managing stage-gate review process, ensuring project objectives, technical requirement, target price and cost, timeline are clearly understood by all functions, utilizing a project charter to lead execution of detailed project plans.
• Build up product line roadmap for the segment assigned and responsible for the execution of the product strategy
• Develop and validate value propositions/case studies in order to provide strong leadership in the assigned segment market
• Develop and maintain strong customer and industry relations to assure vitality of the business and to increase market penetration
• Support the globalization of the assigned segment market.

Work with global technical, sales and marketing teams to develop/transfer products to meet the needs of the regions.

• Work closely with Marketing Communication to create actionable content to position Sherwin-Williams as the preferred coatings supplier in the industry.
• Become Subject Matter Expert on segment insights, trends and segment products.
• Drive specification and approval of Sherwin-Williams products.
• Support development of proposals and presentations to key customers.
• Provide competitive intelligence and positioning guidance
• Be actively involved in industry associations.
• Analyze market size & growth, identify growth opportunities through marketing activities.
• EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

• Required/必需的：
• Bachelor degree or above with +5 yrs working experience in Chemicals industry, coating experience preferred
• KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
• Required/必需的：
• Experience in Coating Industry highly preferred;
• Experience in segment management preferred
• Experience in project management preferred
• TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Required/必需的：
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
