Description ■仕事概要

半導体製造工程の各プロセス（エッチング、ＣＭＰ、成膜など）後の、欠陥/パーティクル検査、寸法/ 膜厚/形状計測技術及び検査計測データを活用した歩留まり改善業務を担当します。

■具体的には

・検査、計測装置の評価、選定、投資提案

・検査、計測装置レシピの最適化

・検査、計測手法の提案（プロセス、品質、歩留管理）

・検査、計測データの検証（解析装置による評価）

・検査、計測データのモニター、解析による要因調査 (歩留まり影響予測)

扱う検査・計測装置

・検査装置（光学検査、パーティクル検査、ウェハ外観検査、電位検査）

・計測装置（膜厚検査、パターン形状、寸法検査、組成測定、ウェハ反り）

半導体の製造には、品質、コスト、工期が非常に重要視されます。

半導体は何百もの工程を経て製造されますが、工期が長いため、

プロセス途中の品質管理や、稼働している多数台の製造装置の安定動作を見える化し、

チェックするために、検査・計測技術が不可欠です。
