设备管理主管

岗位职责

• 故障管理与应急响应 ：统筹责任区域内生产运营设备的故障诊断与抢修工作，组织紧急维修与部件更换，最大限度压缩停机时长，保障设备可用率。
• 日常保养与巡检管理 ：制定并落地设备日常保养、点巡检规程，组织执行日 / 周 / 月级保养作业，审核养护记录，监督设备及周边环境、工具备件定置管理。
• 计划性检修管理 ：根据年度 / 月度预防性维护（PM）计划，统筹设备定期解体检查、性能测试、精度校准及易损件更换工作；确认检修方案、工器具、备件与安全防护措施，高效完成检修并出具检修报告，总结设备状态、更换部件、遗留问题及优化建议。
• 备品备件体系建设 ：搭建备品备件管理体系，设定安全库存阈值，规范出入库管理，保障维修需求，建立合理备件冗余。
• 设备团队与台账管理 ：管理设备维修班组，建立设备全生命周期台账，持续优化设备运维流程。

任职要求

• 熟悉智能化分拣设备（DWS、单件分离、窄带、交叉带、摆轮分拣机等）原理，具备丰富的故障排查与处理经验。
• 持有电工证、电焊证、电气工程师等相关证书者。
• 精通输送线、分拣系统等物流设备的保养维修流程与标准。
• 具备电工识图能力，掌握电气自动化、电控 PLC、网络通讯及设备运维软件等综合技术能力。
• 具备团队管理、计划统筹与问题解决能力。
• 具备良好的双语语言沟通能力（英语/中文）

Job Responsibilities

1. Fault Management & Emergency Response: Coordinate fault diagnosis and emergency repair of production and operational equipment within the assigned area. Organize urgent repairs and component replacements to minimize equipment downtime and ensure high equipment availability.
2. Routine Maintenance & Inspection Management: Develop and implement procedures for routine equipment maintenance and inspections. Organize daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities, review maintenance records, and supervise the proper management and designated storage of equipment, tools, spare parts, and the surrounding work environment.
3. Planned Maintenance Management: Coordinate scheduled equipment overhauls, including disassembly inspections, performance testing, accuracy calibration, and replacement of wear parts, in accordance with annual/monthly preventive maintenance (PM) plans. Review and confirm maintenance plans, tools, spare parts, and safety measures to ensure efficient completion of maintenance activities. Prepare maintenance reports covering equipment condition, replaced components, outstanding issues, and recommendations for improvement.
4. Spare Parts Management: Establish and maintain a spare parts management system, define safety stock levels, standardize inbound and outbound inventory procedures, ensure the availability of spare parts for maintenance needs, and maintain an appropriate level of spare parts inventory.
5. Equipment Team & Asset Records Management: Manage the equipment maintenance team and establish full lifecycle equipment records. Continuously optimize equipment maintenance and operational processes.

Requirements

1. Familiar with the principles and operation of automated sorting equipment, such as DWS, singulation systems, narrow-belt sorters, cross-belt sorters, and wheel sorters, with extensive experience in equipment troubleshooting and fault resolution.
2. Relevant professional certifications, such as an electrician certificate, welding certificate, or electrical engineering qualification, are preferred.
3. Proficient in the maintenance and repair processes and standards for logistics equipment, including conveyor systems and automated sorting systems.
4. Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams, with comprehensive technical knowledge of electrical automation, PLC-based control systems, network communications, and equipment maintenance software.
5. Strong team management, planning and coordination, and problem-solving skills.
6. Good bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese.
