供应商质量管理

该职位来源于猎聘 ob Responsibility 1. 负责潜在供应商的审核，对问题由点及面要求供应商提升和改善;

Be responsible for potential supplier analysis, lead suppliers improvement base on audit findings. 2. 参与采购定点活动，主持新项目发包前的技术评审会议，确认供应商能否满足零组件的开发质量要求; Take part in sourcing activities, lead supplier technical review meeting during nomination process, check if pre-nominated supplier is capable for quality requirement of new projects.

• 使用伟速达供应商零件成熟度检查表监控供应商APQP进度进行追踪，监控OTS认可进度,主导PPAP量产认可; Monitor supplier APQP timing compliance by VCN out-sourcing components maturity check list, guarantee timing manner of approval process of supplier OTS(Off Tooling Samples), lead supplier PPAP audit and process release.
• 开展对供应商质量能力审核，包括新零件量产认可时或发生重大质量问题时的过程审核, 以及飞行审查，并跟踪审核 问题点的关闭。 Perform supplier process audits for maturity confirmation of new projects, perform re-qualification

Audits or fly-audits in case of big quality issue or significant process risk were detected in supplier site. Be responsible for audit finding track and closure process.

• 负责供应商质量问题跟踪和解决，确保伟速达工厂生产的正常运行，形成问题清单并跟踪供应商8D进度;

Resolve supplier quality issues, make run smooth running of VCN production, formulate quality issue tracking list

And track supplier 8D closure process.

• 负责统计、监控、分析供应商质量绩效，并推动供应商做持续性改善；

Be responsible for supplier performance collecting/monitoring/analysis,drive supplier to do continuous improvement.

• 辅导提升供应商质量能力，配合采购制定采购策略及供应商布局;

Be responsible for supplier capability improvement, work with buyer for purchasing strategy optimization and layout of suppliers development.

• 识别高风险供应商，对风险供应商实施升级管理活动；

Identify high risk supplier, perform escalation management for high risk suppliers.

• 处理因质量问题导致的供应商索赔；;

Be responsible for supplier claim due to quality issues.

• 完成上级交办的其它工作.

Requirements 1.

工科背景，汽车行业8年以上相关的供应商质量管理,工程管理或者质量管理经验； Engineering educational background, over 8 year working experience in supplier management, engineering management or quality management in automotive industry. 2.

熟悉IATF16949（包括VDA或者Formel

Q）质量体系要求，具备二方审核资质，对审核程序及要求熟练掌握，具有专业的审核技能； Be familiar with IATF 16949 quality system requirement including OEM’s additional requirement, such as VDA and Formel Q etc., Be capable to conduct system/process/product audit with audit core tools of individual OEM by professional audit skills.

熟悉统计过程控制原理，并能运用SPC的相关工具进行变差分析和过程能力改善； Be familiar with statistics process control theory, be capable to do variation analysis and process capability improvement by SPC know-how and tools.

熟悉注塑,冲压,压铸,机加工等常见工艺，至少精通其中一项工艺并具备专业的知识储备，具备质量问题的分析及处理能力； Know well about industrial technology, including injection molding, stamping, die-casting, machining etc,(be expert for at least one process technology), be good at failure causes analysis and corrective actions effectiveness verification.

• 能进行英文的口语及书面沟通。 Written and oral English capability.

适应经常出差，原则性和抗压性高，具有良好的团队合作精神；

Team work sprit, morality of Integrity and honesty, good anti-pressure character, be adapted for high frequency business travels.
