该职位来源于猎聘 ***此岗位为1年期正式合同，请考虑后投递，感谢！*** Job Purpose职位目的: Responsible for Master Data maintenance, including vendor management, GL accounts and user access etc., ensuring process accuracy, data quality, and compliance Job Accountabilities职责: 1 Responsible for maintaining Master Data and other work assigned 1.1 Ensure vendor creation and modification timely and accurately; Provide clear guidance to offices 1.2 Ensure timely conduction of TPI validation and solve possible discrepancies

1.3 Ensure complete reconciliation maintenance of account profile

1.4 Support to Audit and Compliance in vendor management, system control, etc. 2 Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and administration of multiple systems

2.1 Ensure system availability and performance; Submit user access application as need 2.2 Ensure timely troubleshooting of operational issues 3 Support to digital and AI tool developments

3.1 Collect and summarize demands and pain points of users;

3.2 Assist in developing and testing automation tools; Prepare user manual, FAQ, version update log etc.

Job Requirements任职要求: Education

Bachelor degree major in Finance / Accounting

Qualifications Good English skills both in written and oral; Good communication skills; Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills; Good prompt engineering skills Good knowledge of various AI tools Flexible and can work well under pressure; Collaborative and thrive on support team;

Experience 3-4 years working experience in Accounting / Finance
