该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责指定区域的销售指标达成，制定并执行区域的月度、年度销售计划 2、直接区域代理商管理、优化，以及空白区域或者渠道的开发 3、直接负责区域内重点零售客户日常对接和管理 4、持续收集市场信息，包括竞争对手的动态、价格策略、促销活动等，并协助制定渠道政策和策略 5、跨部门协同和沟通，提升工作执行效率 任职要求： 1、大专及以上学历，2年以上化妆品或者母婴洗护类销售经验 2、拥有区域客户开发、经销商管理经验、重点零售客户管理经验者优先 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与客户及内部团队有效协作 4、有强烈的责任心，能承受销售工作中的压力，积极达成业绩目标
