该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. 负责整车性能集成开发，包含动力性、经济性、NVH、热管理、制动、操纵稳定性等性能目标分解与管控。 2. 开展整车性能仿真计算、匹配标定、实车试验测试，定位性能问题并推动各系统整改优化。 3. 协同动力、底盘、车身、电控等专业团队，推进整车性能方案评审、样车验证，输出性能开发报告。 4. 对标竞品整车性能，建立性能数据库，迭代优化整车性能指标。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历 2、全国大学生英语四级成绩425分以上； 3、专业要求：车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、材料成型及控制工程、机械工程等专业优先
