Description and Requirements

岗位职责

负责全栈产品在所辖行业的政企业务销售，跟进商机推进，达成销售目标。

深度挖掘所辖政企目标客户业务痛点与需求，匹配 IT 应用方案，响应客户数字化建设需求。

主动学习政企 IT 产品、行业方案与销售方法论，快速完成能力迭代，在项目中锻炼资源整合、跨方协调与复杂问题处理能力，持续沉淀项目经验，释放成长潜力。

任职条件

大学毕业后工作经验 2 年以内，愿意长期深耕行业销售方向。

具备基础计算机软硬件、信息化应用相关认知，愿意快速学习政企业务与产品知识。

诚信正直，具备优秀的沟通协调、资源整合能力，拥有较强的复杂场景问题解决能力与潜在领导潜质。

具备较强市场开拓意识，自驱力强，能承受业务压力，目标感强，成长性突出。
