Independently execute mechanical engineering projects from concept through implementation, balancing technical, schedule, quality, and business objectives.
• Independently execute electrical engineering projects from concept through implementation, balancing technical, schedule, quality, and business objectives.
• Design electrical subsystems including power distribution, control circuits, analog and digital electronics, embedded hardware, and electrical interfaces.
• Develop creative engineering solutions that improve product reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, performance, and cost.
• Design electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, cable assemblies, and printed circuit boards as appropriate.
• Build, assemble, modify, and troubleshoot prototype hardware and engineering test systems.
• Plan and execute hands-on electrical testing to evaluate designs, qualify replacement components, and validate engineering changes.
• Analyze electrical system performance, identify root causes, and develop practical engineering solutions to complex technical problems.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation including schematics, bills of material, test procedures, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Prepare and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in accordance with the Quality Management System.
• Select, evaluate, and qualify commercial off-the-shelf electrical components and alternate suppliers.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing engineers to develop integrated system solutions.
• Support manufacturing implementation of engineering changes, including prototype, pilot, and production builds.
• Support investigation and resolution of manufacturing, supplier, and field reliability issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 任职要求：
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of electrical engineering experience developing complex electromechanical products.
• Demonstrated proficiency in electrical system design, schematic capture, and circuit analysis.
• Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or equivalent.
• Experience designing analog, digital, power, and control circuitry.
• Experience planning, building, and executing electrical verification testing.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage engineering projects and drive technical solutions to completion.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause investigation skills.
• Experience with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and product lifecycle documentation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Preferred Experience:
• Experience with medical devices, robotics, automation, industrial equipment, or other complex capital equipment.
• Experience with PLCs, embedded controllers, industrial communications, or motion control systems.
• Experience with high-voltage systems, power electronics, or RF systems.
• Experience designing and debugging PCB assemblies.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers, and other electrical laboratory equipment.
• Experience qualifying replacement components or alternate suppliers.
• Familiarity with IEC 60601 or other electrical safety standards.
• Basic understanding of mechanical system design and integration.
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
