中餐厅副经理

• 负责中餐厅日常运营管理，负责现场服务管控，督导服务员、传菜按标准接待客人，处理客诉，维护用餐秩序与用餐氛围。 2.跟进餐前准备、开餐巡检、收档收尾工作，检查台面摆台、环境卫生、物资备料、餐具准备，保障服务流程顺畅。 3.管控中餐厅营收、翻台、人均消费，协助落实销售目标，推荐菜品、套餐、宴会，做好散客、包厢、宴请接待跟进。 4.负责餐厅人员排班、分工、培训、考勤及日常规章制度宣导。 5.对接厨房，跟进出菜速度、菜品质量，协调客人口味需求，及时反馈菜品意见，衔接前厅后厨。 6.管理餐厅物资、餐具、易耗品，盘点领用，控制损耗，做好成本管控。 7.听从领导的其他工作安排。
• 大专学历及以上。 2.有相关五星酒店中餐服务经验3年及以上，中餐管理工作1年及以上。 3.形象好气质佳，抗压能力强。
