产品工程师（齿轮箱）

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

• 提供减速电机的选型、配置、方案制定和技术报价支持，协助销售快速、准确响应客户需求。 Provide product selection, configuration, solution development and technical quotation support for gear motors to help sales respond to customer requirements quickly and accurately.
• 参与客户技术交流，理解客户应用场景、负载特性、安装方式、环境条件和行业规范要求，并转化为清晰的内部技术输入。 Participate in customer technical discussions, understand application scenarios, load conditions, mounting requirements, environmental conditions and industry standards, and translate them into clear internal technical inputs.
• 跟踪客户需求、报价提交、商务澄清、合同签订、订单释放和发货，确保机会闭环推进。 Follow up customer requirements, quotation submission, commercial clarification, contract signing, order release and shipment to ensure closed-loop opportunity execution.
• 整合齿轮箱、减速电机、电机、联轴器及其他动力传动产品，支持跨产品线解决方案和交叉销售机会。 Integrate gearboxes, geared motors, motors, couplings and other power transmission products to support cross-product-line solutions and cross-selling opportunities.
• 支持投标技术文件、产品样本、选型指南、客户演示材料及行业销售工具的整理和维护。 Support the preparation and maintenance of technical tender documents, product brochures, selection guides, customer presentation materials and industry sales tools.
• 收集并分析客户、销售和市场需求，推动研发、工程、供应链、质量和制造等团队评估并落实解决方案。 Collect and analyze customer, sales and market requirements, and drive evaluation and solution implementation with R&D, engineering, supply chain, quality and manufacturing teams.
• 在紧急或复杂项目中，基于行业应用和齿轮传动技术背景，独立完成初步方案判断、选型建议、风险识别和资源协调。 In urgent or complex projects, independently develop preliminary solution judgments, selection recommendations, risk identification and resource coordination based on industry application knowledge and gearing technical background.
• 总结典型应用案例、常见选型问题和行业解决方案经验，沉淀为标准化工具和知识库，提升销售支持效率。 Summarize typical application cases, common selection issues and industry solution experience into standard tools and knowledge resources to improve sales support efficiency. 岗位要求：
• 机械工程、机电一体化或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
• 3年以上齿轮箱、减速电机、工业传动或相关机械产品经验；具备选型、应用工程、产品工程、售前技术支持或产品管理经验者优先。 At least 3 years of experience with gearboxes, geared motors, industrial transmission or related mechanical products; experience in product selection, application engineering, product engineering, pre-sales technical support or product management is preferred.
• 具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力，能够支持跨区域协作和客户交流。 Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to support cross-regional collaboration and customer communication.
• 熟练使用办公软件；具备使用选型工具、报价工具、ERP/CRM系统或工程绘图软件经验者优先。 Proficient in office software; experience with selection tools, quotation tools, ERP/CRM systems or engineering drawing software is preferred.
• 具备工业客户支持、项目型销售支持、售前技术方案或跨部门项目推进经验者优先。 Experience in industrial customer support, project-based sales support, pre-sales technical solutions or cross-functional project execution is preferred.
• 熟悉减速机应用、工况分析、机械图纸和技术规范，具备良好的产品选型和方案判断能力。 Good knowledge of gearbox applications, operating-condition analysis, mechanical drawings and technical specifications, with strong product selection and solution judgment capability.
• 良好的项目推动、跨职能协调和多任务优先级管理能力。 Strong project execution, cross-functional coordination and prioritization skills.
• 客户导向，责任心强，具备良好的沟通表达、技术写作和团队协作能力。 Customer-oriented, accountable and detail-minded, with good communication, technical writing and teamwork skills. 优先条件：
• 熟悉钢铁、矿山、港口、造纸、食品饮料、水处理或通用工业等应用行业者优先。 Knowledge of applications in steel, mining, port, paper, food and beverage, water treatment or general industrial sectors is preferred.
• 了解本地供应链、国产化项目或产品导入流程者优先。
