该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 寻求成本优化 Cost Optimization：

• 定期及依实际需求组织谈判。Organize regular and temporary negotiations according to dynamic situations.
• 创造成本优化的新思路，包括但不限于资源配置、电子招标、优化采购到付款（P2P）流程等。Create new ideas for cost optimization, including but not limited to resourcing, e-bidding, and optimizing the procurement-to-payment (P2P) process.
• 定期评审和修订采购协议，例如原材料附加费、年度定价、返利等。Review and regularly update purchase agreements, such as raw material surcharges, annual pricing, and rebates.
• 继续改进与供应商的付款条款，以支持公司的营运资本（NWC）需求。Continue to improve payment terms with suppliers to support the company's net working capital (NWC) requirements.
• 项目管理，尤其是EMEA地区到中国的采购项目。Project management, especially for sourcing projects from EMEA to China. 2. 制定品类策略 Category strategy：
• 与跨职能团队合作制定、定期评审和修订品类策略和采购矩阵。Develop, regularly review, and update category strategies and sourcing matrices in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• 根据策略需求优化供应商基础。Optimize the supplier base in accordance with strategic needs. 3. 保证供应安全 Guarantee the supply secutity：
• 与指定供应商谈判框架协议。Negotiate framework agreements with designated suppliers.
• 评估供应商在产能、财务、质量和协调方面的风险，并与跨职能团队合作识别和减轻潜在影响。Assess supplier risks in terms of capacity, finance, quality, and coordination, and work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential impacts.
• 支持在KION实施可持续性计划以满足SBTi目标。Support the implementation of the Sustainability program at Kion to meet Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) targets. 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，拥有制造行业或国际公司工作背景； 2.具备3年及以上在制造行业的采购品类管理或采购项目管理工作经验； 3.具备战略思维能力、分析能力以及团队合作精神； 4.能够适应多元文化的、快节奏的工作环境，对市场动态有敏锐的洞察力，能够按时且高质量地完成工作； 5.拥有一定的数据分析能力是加分项，如Power BI，复杂的Excel 函数等； 6.英语可以作为工作语言
