Domestic and Overseas Sales Representative

＊Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Fluent, business-level Japanese communication skills are required for daily client engagement and project coordination, alongside strong English capabilities.

＊Industry Background (Preferred / Plus): Professional experience in project management, business development, or account management within the electronics or manufacturing sectors (especially EMS, OEM, or ODM experience).

＊Core Competencies (Preferred / Plus): Strong commercial acumen, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution under high-pressure environments to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

1.工作職位介紹: 負責電子EMS專案競標、RFQ報價、成本分析、合約審閱及客戶商務談判，管理模具、治具、量產價格及專案獲利評估。擔任客戶與公司主要窗口，對應日本、台灣、美國及其他海外客戶，整合研發、採購、供應鏈、製造及品保團隊資源，共同爭取並取得新專案訂單。

主導NPI導入、設計變更管理、生產基地規劃與轉移及量產推進，協調跨部門團隊解決開發、生產及供應鏈相關問題，確保產品由試作、試產至量產階段順利展開並穩定供貨。具備獨立客戶對應、跨國商務協商、跨部門整合及高壓環境下推動專案達成目標之能力。

2.專業能力

具電子產業、消費性電子、資訊科技、製造業或相關產業之專案管理、業務開發、產品管理或客戶管理經驗。具良好商業敏感度、成本分析及學習能力，能快速理解產品開發、生產製造及供應鏈運作模式。

具EMS、OEM或ODM產業經驗，或熟悉RFQ報價、NPI導入、量產管理及客戶專案運作流程者尤佳。具跨國客戶溝通及商務協調經驗，能以英文或日文進行客戶對應與專案推動者優先。

3.核心特質

具備獨立客戶對應及商務溝通能力，能與日本、台灣、美國及其他海外客戶建立良好合作關係，並主導商務討論與問題協調。同時具備跨部門協調、專案推動及問題解決能力，能在快速變動及高壓環境下有效整合資源，推動專案由競標、開發、試產至量產穩定供貨，達成品質、成本及交期等專案目標。

4.工作地點: 台北總部/日本東京(現地採用，視情況)

5.月薪: 35,000~62,000 NTD （日本採用薪資另外告知）可上班日期:一個月內

6.其他: 會有出差東南亞需求(次數不等)

7.語言:中文,日文商務溝通必備。英文溝通佳。
