该职位来源于猎聘 一、岗位职责 1.参与大宗商品风险管理产品（CTRM/HMS）的需求调研与分析，协助完成用户访谈、业务场景梳理及需求文档撰写 2.协助产品经理完成功能设计，输出产品原型、需求规格说明书及方案设计文档 3.参与需求评审及项目迭代推进，协调开发、测试团队确保需求准确落地 4.跟踪行业动态及竞品分析，为产品迭代提供数据与洞察输入 5.参与客户项目实施过程中的需求对接与方案调整，积累一线业务实践经验 二、任职要求 1.2026届/2027届应届毕业生 2.专业不限，计算机、金融、经管、数学、统计等相关专业优先 3.逻辑清晰，能结构化拆解复杂问题并输出解决方案；有用户思维，能从客户视角识别需求痛点 4.学习能力强，对大宗商品、期货或金融科技有浓厚兴趣 5.有产品实习/项目经验者优先
