• Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Perform month-end sales and cost reconciliation, investigate variances, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
• Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting to support business decision-making.
• Assist in consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes.
• Monitor business performance, identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare financial models and ad hoc analyses to support commercial and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams to validate sales, cost, and margin performance.
• Support finance and departmental process improvement initiatives through project coordination and analysis. Skills & Qualifications： Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or commercial finance. Solid understanding of month-end closing processes, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Hands-on experience in month-end sales, cost, and gross margin reconciliation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify business trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Good project management and process improvement skills. Effective communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
