• Transfer Pricing Compliance Manage and coordinate transfer pricing compliance requirements, including preparation and review of Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR). 负责转让定价合规工作，包括本地文档（Local File）、主体文档（Master File）及国别报告（CbCR）的准备、审核和协调。
• Transfer Pricing Analysis Conduct transfer pricing analyses and benchmarking studies to ensure that related-party transactions comply with applicable tax regulations and OECD guidelines. 开展转让定价分析及可比性研究，确保关联交易符合当地税法及OECD转让定价准则要求。
• Intercompany Transaction Review Review and assess intercompany transactions, including service charges, royalties, management fees, financing arrangements, and supply chain transactions. 审核并评估关联交易，包括服务费、特许权使用费、管理费、融资安排及供应链相关交易。
• Policy Implementation Support the implementation and monitoring of global transfer pricing policies across business entities and jurisdictions. 支持集团转让定价政策在各法人实体及地区的落地执行和持续监控。
• Audit and Tax Authority Support Manage transfer pricing audits, tax authority inquiries, and related dispute resolution processes. 负责应对转让定价税务稽查、税务机关问询及相关争议解决工作。
• Financial Monitoring Perform periodic profitability reviews and identify transfer pricing risks and opportunities. 定期开展盈利性分析，识别转让定价风险及优化机会。
• Business Partnership Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support business initiatives and cross-border transactions. 与财务、会计、法务、供应链及业务团队紧密合作，为业务发展及跨境交易提供税务支持。
• Regulatory Monitoring Monitor changes in OECD, BEPS, Pillar Two, and local transfer pricing regulations and assess their business impact. 持续关注OECD、BEPS、Pillar Two及各地转让定价法规变化，并评估其对业务的影响。
• Process Improvement Support finance transformation, ERP implementation, and process improvement initiatives from a transfer pricing perspective. 从转让定价角度支持财务转型、ERP实施及流程优化项目。 Skills & Qualifications 任职要求 Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. 税务、会计、财务、经济学或相关专业本科及以上学历。 5+ years of experience in transfer pricing, international taxation, or Big Four advisory services. 5年以上转让定价、国际税务或四大会计师事务所相关工作经验。 Technical Knowledge Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS initiatives, and international tax principles. 熟悉OECD转让定价准则、BEPS行动计划及国际税务原则。 Experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses. 具备转让定价文档编制及可比性分析经验。 Familiarity with transfer pricing structures involving manufacturing, distribution, services, royalties, and financing. 熟悉制造、分销、服务费、特许权使用费及融资等转让定价模式。 Analytical Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills. 具备优秀的数据分析、财务建模及问题解决能力。 Systems & Tools Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP. 熟练使用Excel及SAP等ERP系统。 Communication Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 优秀的沟通协调及利益相关方管理能力。 Language Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. 具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。 Preferred Qualifications CPA, CTA, ACCA, ADIT, or Master’s degree in Taxation preferred. 持有CPA、CTA、ACCA、ADIT等专业资格证书者优先。
