- 在BOM升级, 供应商选择，替代料和国产化中起关键作用
- 降价: 10%的BOM成本下降, 方法有VAVE，价格谈判和替代料等
- 优化PCBA样品流程，缩短交期，确保实验能及时测试 项目描述: 项目标的物: IGBT，芯片，电阻，电容，电感，磁环，变压器，电路板，继电器，连接器，线束，PCBA SMT 客户名称: 工业机械客户 主要责任：负责项目定点商务工作，确保新产品（NPI）准确及时。
