光学工程师-无源器件

该职位来源于猎聘 R&D Department 工作地点：广东省珠海市香洲区联峰路5号光联科学园 RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• With some guidance from Sr. Engineers and manager, develop and design new product and manage previous product extension.
• Provides technical support to customers, suppliers and inside personnel.
• Coordinates product activities with mechanical engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and quality using the engineering change request (ECR) procedures.
• Support product test by coordinating with reliability lab (write test request, gather test sample, board etc.)
• Performs design verification activities to ensure that design meets the specifications of the customer and UL requirements.
• Checks manufacturing and sales drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• Responsible for loading all products released BOM’s (Bill of Material) and Material

Master data sheets through SAP/software.

• Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six

Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or

Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proficient in optical simulation or assembly process experience to generate the optical request or spec;
• Ability to solve complex issues in optical design and product development
• Good verbal and written skills for exchange of information in a clear and concise manner.
• 4.emonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Knowledge of Zemax/ Math CAD / Matlab software;
• Must be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
