The core is responsible for expanding the market in Vietnam, exploring new market potential, formulating targeted market expansion strategies and regional annual/quarterly business and sales plans, breaking down targets and supervising their implementation, and fully achieving regional sales performance indicators.

Analyze the dynamics of the Vietnamese market, competitor situations and policy directions, optimize market and sales strategies, and help achieve performance breakthroughs.

Manage the sales and technical teams in Vietnam, conduct business and training, establish incentive mechanisms, and lead the team to strive for performance.

Develop and maintain local sales channels and key customers, expand cooperation resources, and provide support for market expansion and performance achievement.

Be responsible for regional business compliance management, daily operations and cost control, cooperate with the headquarters to coordinate and promote various tasks, and ensure the steady achievement of performance.

Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in the Vietnamese market, and having experience in the security or smart home industry (industry experience is necessary).

Have at least 3 years of team management experience, and possess excellent team leadership and coordination skills.

Language requirements: Vietnamese, Chinese.

Familiar with the local customs and culture of Vietnam, and able to quickly adapt to the local working environment.
