项目采购工程师（外包）

该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责 Key Responsibilities

• 负责项目全周期采购管理，确保项目物料按时开发交付满足项目开发需求 0Responsible for the procurement management of the whole project cycle, ensure the materials could be developed to meet the project requirements 2.制定项目采购计划，分析需求优先级，协同品类采购管理供应商物料开发计划

Make project purchasing plan, analyze demand priority, coordinate with category sourcing to manage material development plan 3.对外主导跨部门（研发/质量/工艺）沟通，协助项目经理完成采购相关工作

Lead the cross-department (R & D/Quality/Process) communication, assist the project manager to complete the procurement related work 4.优化项目成本结构，输出成本节约、交付周期优化等改进方案，达成项目预期成本目标

Optimize the project cost structure, make cost saving, delivery cycle optimization and other improvement plans to achieve the project cost target. 5.跟踪管理项目开发中采购相关事项，建立风险预警机制，主导并协调项目的异常问题升级与解决

Track and manage procurement-related matters in project development, establish risk warning policy, lead and coordinate the escalation and solution of problems solving in the project 6.结合公司产品战略规划，支持MAH类型产品前期供应商评估、开发、分析导入

In line with the company's product strategic planning, support the early-stage supplier assessment, development, analysis and introduction of MAH-type products. 7.完成上级交办的其它工作

• 知识/教育背景 Knowledge / Education：

大专或大专以上

College degree or above 2.经验与技能要求 Experience and Skill：

• 五年以上制造企业相关工作经验

5 years or above related working experience in manufacturing company

• 5年以上项目采购经验

More than 5 years of project purchasing experience

• 熟悉项目管理全流程（PMP优先）

Familiar with the whole process of project management (PMP preferred)

• 有成本管理、风险管理意识

Cost & risk management sense

• 跨部门协调能力强，快速而果断前进

Strong cross-departmental coordination ability, move forward quickly and decisively

• 抗压能力强，可同时管理多个项目采购任务

Work under pressure and manage multiple project procurement tasks in the same time

• 较强的逻辑性以及独立思考能力

Strong logical and independent thinking ability

• 主动性高，学习能力强

High initiative, strong learning ability 3.语言能力 Language：

较好的英语听说读写能力
