岗位描述 | Job Description 1. 学习协助处理外贸订单的跟进与协调工作，确保订单按时交付； Learn to assist in the follow-up and coordination of foreign trade orders to ensure timely delivery. 2. 学习跟踪订单生产进度，与供应商以及公司架构内相关部门保持沟通； Study to track order production progress and maintain communication with suppliers and relevant internal departments. 3. 协助整理和维护供应商资料及订单相关文件，确保信息准确； Assist to organize and maintain supplier information and order-related documents to ensure accuracy. 4. 配合团队完成日常事务。 Support the team in completing daily tasks. 任职要求 | Job Requirements 1. 27或28年应届毕业生，大专及以上学历，国际贸易、外语等相关专业优先； 2027 or 2028 fresh graduates, college degree or above, majors in International Trade, Foreign Languages or related fields preferred. 2. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神； Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. 3. 熟悉办公软件操作，具备基本的英语听说读写能力； Familiar with office software, with basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. 4. 对外贸行业有浓厚兴趣，学习能力强，能够接受一定强度的工作节奏； Strong interest in foreign trade industry, strong learning ability, able to adapt to a moderately intense work pace. 5. 每周到岗不少于3天，连续实习3个月以上者优先。 Available at least 3 days per week; those who can intern continuously for more than 3 months are preferred.
