音频算法工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1. 音频算法开发；

• 音频算法的定点验证，DSP算法实现以及优化；
• 配合硬件设计、软件开发团队，完成音频算法在蓝牙音频等产品中的落地；并协助实验室完成测试及调试。

Job Description

• Develop audio processing algorithm;
• Perform floating and fixed point verification, DSP implementation and optimization of audio algorithms;
• Work with hardware and software teams for optimal implementation and for system measurements. 任职资格： 1. 电子工程/通信系统相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验；
• 在数字语音，音频信号处理，基于AI的音频算法方面，具有广博的理论知识和实践经验；
• 有蓝牙音频或者无线耳机相关算法开发调试经验； 4. 具有下列一个或多个音频信号处理算法（回声消除，噪声抑制，主动降噪，均衡，音频阵列信号处理，空间音频，音效处理，丢包补偿，以及采样频率转换等）经验；
• 具有压缩解压缩算法（例如MP3、AAC、Opus、LC3等）经验者优先；

Job Requirements

• College or graduate level degree in EE (or a related discipline)，at least 5 years’ related experience;
• Solid theoretical background and practical experience in digital audio signal processing, and/or AI based audio processing;
• Must have hands-on algorithm development experience for Bluetooth Audio or other Wireless Headset/Earbuds;
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following audio algorithms such as noise suppression (NS/ENC), echo cancellation, adaptive noise control (ANC), equalization, beam forming, spatial audio, packet loss concealment, audio effect, and sample rate conversion;
• Hands-on experience with various audio compression and decompression algorithm such as MP3/AAC/Opus/LC3 is preferred.
