About the role

This role is responsible for market expansion, business negotiations, customer development and maintenance, establishing a stable customer cooperation system, and achieving the company's sales and business performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market expansion, business negotiations, customer development and maintenance, build stable customer cooperation systems, and complete company sales and business performance targets
• Deeply explore customer needs, coordinate project cooperation, quotations, contract negotiations, signing and implementation follow-up, oversee the entire business process
• Analyze industry market dynamics, competitor information and industry trends, organize market data, output business expansion strategies, and optimize cooperation models
• Maintain relationships with new and existing customers, handle issues and complaints during cooperation, resolve disputes, and improve customer retention and repurchase rates
• Oversee basic business team work, assist in formulating business plans and target breakdown, track project progress, and review business results

About you

• Associate degree or above; 2+ years of experience in business expansion, sales, or channel cooperation; industry resources preferred
• Excellent business negotiation, market development, and proposal presentation skills; clear logic; strong execution for performance targets
• Familiar with the entire business cooperation process; proficient in contract coordination, quotation calculation, and customer follow-up
• Good market sensitivity, communication and coordination skills, stress resilience, strong goal orientation
• Good professional conduct, strong sense of responsibility, team collaboration awareness, able to adapt to periodic business travel and field work
