业务安全工程师

工作职责:

1、负责跟踪全球反诈技术标准，组织实施联通国际反诈技术方案，做好反诈模型迭代优化；

2、负责研究AI、大数据等技术在反诈实践中的应用，提升联通国际反诈工作水平；

3、负责语音、短信、互联网等全量业务风险管控工作，达到考核要求；

4、负责组织进行涉诈风险安全评估工作，确保业务合规；

5、负责反诈工作相关管理制度的制定、迭代更新及培训；

6、领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格:

计算机科学、网络安全、数据科学或相关专业本科及以上学历。

经验要求：

1、1年以上反欺诈、风控、网络安全或大数据分析相关经验。

2、熟悉电信反欺诈（如语音、短信、互联网诈骗防控）者优先。

技能要求：

1、精通AI、机器学习及大数据技术在反欺诈领域的应用。

2、具备风险建模、数据分析工具（Python/SQL/R）及反欺诈系统经验。

3、了解网络安全、威胁情报及欺诈模式识别。

证书（优先考虑）：

持有CISSP、CISA或反欺诈风险管理相关认证者更佳。

软技能：

1、出色的分析及问题解决能力。

2、良好的沟通与团队协作能力。

3、能适应不断变化的欺诈手段及行业趋势。

Key responsibilities

• Track global anti-fraud technology standards and organize implementation of China Unicom International anti-fraud technology solutions
• Conduct anti-fraud model iteration and optimization
• Research AI and big data technology applications in anti-fraud practices to enhance anti-fraud work standards
• Manage risk controls across voice, SMS, and internet business channels to meet performance targets
• Organize and conduct fraud-related risk security assessments to ensure business compliance
• Develop, iterate, and update anti-fraud management systems and policies, and provide training

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Network Security, Data Science, or related field
• 1 year or more experience in anti-fraud, risk control, network security, or big data analysis
• Proficiency in AI, machine learning, and big data technology applications in anti-fraud
• Experience with risk modeling, data analysis tools (Python/SQL/R), and anti-fraud systems
• Knowledge of network security, threat intelligence, and fraud pattern recognition
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving fraud methods and industry trends
• Familiarity with telecommunications anti-fraud (voice, SMS, internet fraud prevention) preferred
• CISSP, CISA, or anti-fraud risk management certifications preferred
