我们受一家快速成长的跨境支付金融科技企业委托，诚邀一位优秀的财务专业人士加入。公司业务覆盖多个国家和币种，交易量庞大，现需要一位负责总账管理并推动财务体系建设的专业人才。

🔹 工作职责

• 负责总账及日常会计核算，确保多国家、多币种、大交易量业务的准确及时入账

• 主导月度、季度及年度结账，包括日记账分录、应计费用、预付款项及资产负债表科目

• 执行并复核银行账户、支付渠道及结算账户的对账工作，及时处理差异、退款及拒付等异常

• 负责外汇损益及跨境交易相关会计处理

• 按照香港财务报告准则（HKFRS）及香港相关法规编制财务报告

• 参与年度预算、预测及现金流规划，开展预算与实际对比分析

🔹 经理级职责

• 管理财务团队，建立并优化财务流程、内部控制及财务系统

• 与高级管理层及业务团队紧密合作，分析收入、交易成本、盈利能力及现金流

🔹 任职要求

• 会计、金融或相关专业本科及以上学历；持有 HKICPA、ACCA、CPA 或同等专业资格者优先

• 5 年以上会计或财务工作经验，具备扎实的总账、财务报告及月结经验

• 具备应用香港财务报告准则（HKFRS）的实际经验

• 熟悉跨境支付会计处理，具备多国家、多币种、大交易量的对账及结算经验

• 有支付、收单、电子钱包、金融科技或其他金融服务行业背景者优先

• 具备财务团队管理或督导经验，并熟悉财务规划、预算及预测

• 流利的普通话（需与中国内地团队沟通）和粤语，并具备英文读写能力，可用于日常协作及审阅财务文件

🚀 Senior General Ledger Accountant / GL Accounting Manager – Hong Kong | Mandarin, Cantonese & English Required

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing fintech player in cross-border payments. The business processes high-volume transactions across multiple countries and currencies, and we are looking for a finance professional to own the general ledger and help shape the finance function.

🔹 What you will do

• Own the general ledger and day-to-day accounting for high-volume, multi-country, multi-currency transactions

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closes: journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet accounts

• Perform and review reconciliations of bank accounts, payment channels and settlement accounts; resolve discrepancies, refunds and chargebacks

• Manage FX gains and losses and the accounting for cross-border flows

• Prepare financial reporting in line with HKFRS and applicable Hong Kong regulations

• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning, including Budget vs. Actual analysis

🔹 Manager-level scope

• Lead and develop the finance team; build and improve processes, internal controls and finance systems

• Partner with senior management and business teams on revenue, transaction costs, profitability and cash flow

🔹 What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or a related field; HKICPA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with a strong GL, financial reporting and month-end close background

• Hands-on experience applying HKFRS

• Proven experience in cross-border payment accounting: multi-currency, multi-country, high-volume reconciliation and settlement

• Background in payments, acquiring, e-wallets, fintech or financial services is a strong plus

• Experience managing or supervising finance teams, plus solid FP&A, budgeting and forecasting skills

• Fluent Mandarin (to work with the mainland China team) and Cantonese, plus working English for coordination and reviewing financial documents
