About the role

Responsible for daily accounting and bookkeeping operations of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries, voucher preparation and account reconciliation
• Manage petty cash, conduct regular settlements and prepare reports
• Issue invoices and process accounts receivable and payable
• Record employee attendance and calculate and process salary payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Assist accountants with audits and tax filing
• Process bank reconciliation and manage cash flow
• Maintain accounting files and document management systems
• Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by supervisors

About you

• Diploma or above qualification in accounting, finance or related discipline
• At least 2 years of accounting practical experience
• Familiar with Hong Kong Accounting Standards and tax regulations
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Good numerical sensitivity and attention to detail
• Conscientious and responsible work attitude with team collaboration spirit
• Able to handle daily accounting matters independently with minimal supervision
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
