该职位来源于猎聘 任职要求： 1、机械设计相关专业本科及以上学历 2、三年以上半导体或者真空设备设计相关工作经验 3、熟悉机械设计原理、机加工及装配工艺，具备扎实的机械设计功底 4、熟悉常见机械标准件及常用电器件的选型 5、有较强逻辑思维，动手、沟通及表达能力 职责要求： 1、设计PM部件的机械结构； 2、维护研发文档； 3、配合制造工程师解决NCR问题，并提供改进方案； 4、配合研发工程师应对ECRAR等问题，及时提供解决方案； 5、撰写专利；
