What they need
工作內容 ：
- 監督日常店舖運作，包括員工排班、庫存管理及貨品展示
- 帶領及激勵銷售團隊，提升員工工作表現及士氣
- 確保門巿符合公司的服務質素標準及品牌形象
- 處理顧客查詢及投訴，確保顧客滿意度
- 協助進行定期盤點及採購管理，控制成本效益
- 維持安全及衞生的工作環境，遵守相關規例
要求：
- 中五或以上學歷
- 最少 2 年門巿管理或助理管理職位經驗
- 具備領導能力，能有效管理及動力團隊
- 熟悉分店運作及庫存管理
- 積極進取，具強烈的責任感及客戶服務意識
- 良好的中英文溝通能力，能用廣東話與客户溝通
- 具美容或消費品行業經驗者優先
