【ヒルトン沖縄瀬底リゾート】ゲストサービスマネージャー｜ベル＆コンシェルジュ

お客様を最初にお迎えし、最後にお見送りするベル＆コンシェルジュチームをリードする重要なポジションです。

チーム全体の業務の運営管理をはじめ、お荷物のお預かり・お届け、館内外のご案内、送迎や交通手配、観光案内などを通じて、お客様一人ひとりに心のこもったサービスを提供していただきます。また、チームメンバーの指導・育成を担いながら、ホテルのサービス基準を維持・向上させる役割も担います。

ゲストサービスマネージャーとして、日々のオペレーションを管理するだけではありません。ヒルトンが大切にする「おもてなしの心」を体現し、お客様の期待を超えるサービスを提供することで、思い出に残る滞在体験を創り出していただきます。お客様との何気ない会話やきめ細やかな気配りが、特別な滞在の第一歩となります。

Responsibilities 主な業務内容

• ベル＆コンシェルジュチームの運営・マネジメント
• お客様のお出迎え、お見送り、お荷物のサポート
• ゲストからのお問い合わせやご要望への対応
• VIPゲストの到着・滞在・出発に関する手配およびサポート
• ゲスト満足度向上に向けたサービスクオリティの管理・改善
• ホテル施設やサービスのご案内を通じた収益向上への貢献
• チームメンバーの育成、指導、パフォーマンス管理、評価
• 周辺観光情報や館内サービスに関する知識向上のためのトレーニング実施
• 他部署と連携した円滑なオペレーションの推進

Qualifications 応募資格

• ホテル業界におけるベルサービス、コンシェルジュ、フロントオフィスなどの業務経験（必須）
• 日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（その他の言語スキルがあれば尚可）
• チームを牽引し、メンバーの成長を支援できるリーダーシップ
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と高いホスピタリティマインド
• 問題解決力を備え、プレッシャーのかかる状況でも冷静に対応できる方
