About the role

Operating Room Nurse position at Swift Day Clinic – Bangkok Mediplex. The role involves providing nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery, with patient safety as the primary concern.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery with emphasis on patient safety
• Prepare patients, operating room, instruments, and equipment for surgery
• Perform duties as Scrub Nurse and/or Circulating Nurse according to professional standards
• Monitor, prevent, and control infection by following Aseptic Technique principles
• Coordinate and work with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Check and record nursing data, including counting instruments and medical supplies used in surgery

About you

• Hold a first-class nursing and midwifery license from the Nursing Council
• Have at least 2 years of experience working in an operating room
• Able to work as a team and perform well under pressure
• High sense of responsibility, meticulous, and punctual
• Passion for service work and good interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English
