About the role

Administer and control factory operations in accordance with objectives. Plan and oversee production, product quality, and delivery. Manage personnel, plan workforce allocation, and develop work efficiency. Control resource, machinery, and cost usage, and coordinate maintenance work. Oversee quality standards, safety, and relevant legal compliance. Analyze problems, improve work systems, and report results to management.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• At least 5 years of management experience at organizational level
• Experience in factory management or general manager-level work
• Leadership skills, work planning, problem analysis, and team management ability
• Knowledge of business administration and relevant laws
• Personal vehicle and ability to work on Saturdays
• Experience in the drinking water industry is a plus
