【Veterinary Assistant】

Job description:

( We have openings for this role in our Dog&Cat team )

* Veterinarian Support: Support veterinarians during consultations, surgical procedures, and advanced diagnostic imaging (X-ray, Ultrasound, and CT scans).

* Inpatient Care: Provide attentive and compassionate daily care for hospitalized patients.

* Client Communication: Communicate with pet owners regarding discharge/care instructions, case follow-ups, and daily health updates.

* Clinical Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and high-standard clinical environment.

Requirement:

* Proven experience as a Veterinary Assistant, Nurse, or Technician, driven by a genuine passion for animal welfare.

* A professional, positive, and reliable attitude with strong interpersonal and customer-oriented communication skills.

* Certificate in Veterinary Nursing or related studies (e.g., AIRC certification) is preferred.

* Familiarity with ezyVet software is a distinct advantage.

* Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese (for local candidates

【Ward Supervisor】

Job description:

( We have openings for this role in Dog&Cat Department. )

 

* Clinical Leadership & Ward Operations: Lead, mentor, and manage the inpatient nursing team, overseeing daily ward operations, task delegation, and smooth shift handovers.

* Advanced Patient Care & Collaboration: Direct and provide high-level clinical care for hospitalized animals in close collaboration with veterinarians and specialists.

* Client Communication: Communicate compassionately and professionally with pet owners regarding patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.

* Standards & Safety: Enforce strict infection control protocols and high nursing standards to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-organized environment.

(Note: Actual daily duties and primary responsibilities may vary depending on roster.)

Requirment:

* Minimum 3–5 years of veterinary clinical experience with a strong background in inpatient nursing and animal handling; prior supervisory or leadership experience is highly preferred.

* A professional, positive, and trustworthy demeanor with a genuine passion for animal care.

* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities to prioritize responsibilities efficiently.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across clinical and administrative teams.

* Certificate in Veterinary Nursing or related studies (e.g., AIRC certification) is a distinct advantage.

* Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese (for local candidates).
