• 确保物流规划工作的整体正常开展和任务完成; Ensure team’s fulfilment of targets and assignment.
• 主导物流规划团队与项目各部门的协作体系建设；Lead the collaboration system construction between the logistics planning team and various departments of the project

Lead the competency development of the team

主要任务The main missions of the role are:

• 确定物流关系图; Define the Logistics diagrams.
• 提出物流假定（材料流程图和初期数据处理）; Develop the Logistics hypotheses (material flow diagram and preliminary data processing).
• 验证物流成本假定; Validate the hypothesis of Logistics costing.
• 整合中期战略和对物流，生产等的影响; Integrate the strategy mid-term with the impacts on logistics, production.
• 就项目物流方面成为客户最初的联系人; Be the primary contact for the customer regarding the logistics of the project.
• 参与项目审查会议; Participate in the project review meetings.
• 管理物流方式的执行; Control the implementation of the logistics means.
• 负责新项目阶段的流程制定，包括生产计划、生产排序及物料需求计划;Responsible for the establishment of relevant processes including production planning and scheduling of production and MRP
• 确保原材料的供应，并对库存进行控制; Ensure the supply of raw materials, control inventory to meet target.
• 推动内部拉动系统及JIT window的执行; Push implementation of pull system and JIT window.
• ECR控制; ECR control.
• 跟踪及督促PDP的达成；Track and supervise the achievement of PDP.
• 主导项目阶段与客户的沟通，确保计划输入的及时性与准确性； Lead communication with customers to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of EDI data input in program.
• 确保新项目中物流各节点工作的完成，确保项目的交付节点; Ensure complete of tasks according to program timeline.
• 团队能力建设和人才发展

Lead the competency building of the team and develop talents

• 完成上级交代的其他任务Complete other task assigned by N+1. 资格要求Qualifications :

理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:

• 教育背景/Education: 本科学历以上，理工科专业优先。Bachelor’s degree in engineering or mechanical. 经验/ Experience: 在汽车制造行业（包括在制造工程方面的职位）中至少10年的相关工作经验, 5年以上管理经验。
