该职位来源于猎聘 1. 产品专业学习：拆解中央市场策略，赋能大区制定区域产品组合落地策略 2. 数据分析能力：内外部数据/行业报告/指南研读，梳理患者流、跟踪竞品，沉淀市场专家洞察 3. KEE分层管理：具备客户规划能力，目标导向开展专家拜访，挖掘临床机会，支撑区域策略（DM背景优先） 4. 强计划性：搭建高质量学术平台，输出带节点的活动方案，建立常态化过程追踪 5. 强推动力：策略落地跟进、活动质量管控，推动DM/大区执行，目标明确、节点清晰、原则坚定 6. 跨方协同沟通：联动总部、一线、临床专家，兼顾学术合规与业务目标 7. 复盘迭代能力：项目复盘，识别卡点，持续优化区域推广投入产出
