扩建工程高级项目经理

• Responsible and lead of overall Project Management from inception to handover to end user in biopharmaceutical company; Project type: Manufacturing, Labs, office, Logistics etc. 在生物制药公司中，负责并主导从项目启动至交付给最终用户的整体项目管理；项目类型：制造、实验室、办公、物流等；
• Familiar with EPCM process in pharmaceutical industry. 熟悉制药行业的EPCM（设计、采购、施工管理）流程；
• Lead of engineering works with support by LDI or other design firms. 在LDI或其他设计院的支持下，主导工程相关工作；
• Support of procurement from bidding documents prepare, TBE/CBE/Contracts prepare, delivery follow up, test and commissioning, etc. 支持采购工作，包括编制招标文件、准备TBE/CBE/合同、跟进交付、测试与调试等；
• Lead of construction management, including HSE, schedule, quality, scope etc. 主导施工管理，涵盖HSE（健康、安全、环境）、进度、质量、范围等；
• Take lead of takeover from supplier and handover to end user. 负责从供应商处接收项目，并主导向最终用户的移交工作；
• Support of qualification works including VMP, SRA, DQ/IQ/OQ etc. 支持确认验证工作，包括VMP、SRA、DQ/IQ/OQ等；
• Involved in FAT/SAT if needed. 根据需要参与FAT/SAT；
• Coordination and interface with End users, vendors, quality dept., project discipline etc. 协调并处理与最终用户、供应商、质量部门、项目各专业之间的接口问题；
• Others tasks assigned by the project. 完成项目分配的其他任务。 Job Requirements/岗位要求
• At least 15 years' experience as Project manager in Engineering field with international pharmaceutical project background; 在工程领域担任项目经理至少15年，具有国际制药项目背景；
• Familiar with Biopharma process; 熟悉生物制药工艺；
• Familiar with GMP; 熟悉GMP；
• At least Bachelor education background; 至少本科学历背景。
