扩建工程暖通工程/给排水/消防主管

• Responsible and lead of HVAC/Plumping/FF Engineering works for bio pharmaceutical project; 负责并领导生物制药项目的暖通空调/给排水/FF工程工作；
• Review and manage all of the CD/BD/DD works and deliverables with Consultancy, LDI etc. 与咨询公司、LDI等共同审核和管理所有CD/BD/DD阶段的工作及交付成果；
• Coordinate of the design and engineering works as required with other discipline; 根据需要对其他专业的设计和工程工作进行协调；
• Specification development and materials selection for HVAC/Plumping/FF works; 负责暖通空调/给排水/FF工程的规格书编制和材料选型；
• Support of the procurement with input of BOQ, drawings, specification and clarifications; 通过提供工程量清单、图纸、规格书和澄清说明，为采购工作提供支持；
• Support of the HVAC/Plumping/FF installation for all of the inquiries; 为暖通空调/给排水/FF安装过程中的所有问题提供支持；
• Responsible for the quality of HVAC/Plumping/FF engineering works; 负责暖通空调/给排水/FF工程的质量；
• Lead the test and commissioning works; 领导测试和调试工作；
• Support the clean room qualification works (DQ/IOQ/PQ) 支持洁净室确认工作（DQ/IOQ/PQ）；
• Others tasks assigned by the project 完成项目分配的其他任务。 Job Requirements/岗位要求
• At least 10 year's experience as HVAC/Plumping/FF Engineer in Engineering field with international pharmaceutical project background; 在工程领域拥有至少10年暖通空调/给排水/FF工程师经验，并具备国际制药项目背景；
• Familiar with GMP 熟悉GMP；
• At least Bachelor education background; 至少本科学历；
