Warehouse & After-Sales Operations Specialist (Netherlands)

Location: 7471 EW Goor, The Netherlands

Salary: €2,500–€3,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

About the Role

This is a stable, full-time position combining local warehouse operations with basic after-sales technical support in the Netherlands. Responsibilities include receiving and dispatching goods, inventory management, basic equipment assembly and maintenance, and coordinating with logistics providers, local customers, and our headquarters in China.

As a key member of our European operations team, you will help support our growing business in Europe. We welcome applications from candidates who are already living in the Netherlands and are interested in a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and dispatch equipment and spare parts, ensuring physical goods match the relevant documentation.
• Maintain an organized warehouse, categorize inventory, conduct regular stocktakes, and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Perform basic assembly, component replacement, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of vending machines.
• Assist with local after-sales service, coordinate with customers and logistics providers, and communicate updates to our headquarters in China.
• Support other related operational tasks and reasonable ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Currently residing in the Netherlands, or eligible to reside and work in the Netherlands on a long-term basis.
• Already holds a BSN, or is able to complete the required registration and obtain a BSN before officially starting employment.
• Has the legal right to work in the Netherlands in this position. Non-Dutch applicants must meet the applicable Dutch work authorization requirements.
• Able to communicate effectively in English or Dutch in everyday work situations. Chinese language skills are an advantage, particularly for communication with our headquarters in China.
• Basic computer skills, including using Excel for inventory records and stocktaking.
• Holds a valid driving licence recognized in the Netherlands and can commute independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or electronic equipment, automation equipment assembly and maintenance, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Candidates without relevant experience are also welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
