• Responsible for establishing and improving the company’s legal risk management system and providing legal support for company business. 统筹负责建立健全公司的法律风险管理体系、合规管理体系、内部法务管理制度、完善与迭代，为公司业务布局及经营发展提供法律战略支持；
• Complete various legal affairs related to the company’s legal affairs processing, legal risk aversion, and legal awareness promotion, and safeguard the company’s legitimate rights and interests. 全面牵头公司综合法务事务统筹管理，制定法务管理与工作规范，监督指导团队日常法务工作，全面把控经营、投资、合作等各环节的法律风险，全面维护公司合法权益及战略利益；
• Responsible for the writing and review of the company’s daily operations related legal contracts, signing various contracts and collating related files. 负责公司业务合同、国际合作协议等法律文书的拟定、修订与终身把关；主导重大合同、业务项目的法务起草与商务谈判，为公司重大经营决策、投资布局提供专业法律论证及决策依据；
• Responsible for participating in the investigation and handling of contracts and disputes, formulating solutions, acting for litigation and arbitration disputes, and properly handling emergencies. 实时解读国内外法律法规、行业监管政策及合规动态，结合公司业务属性制定整体合规策略及落地实施方案，推动合规整改落地执行，保障公司经营及业务发展合规受控；
• Track the latest developments in laws, regulations and supervision, and quickly compliance to the requirements of laws, regulations and supervision and implement them. 面对各业务部门组织法律知识普及、合规风险培训及法律宣导工作，提升全员法律意识与风险防控意识；
• Possess the ability to perform professional legal duties in English across all scenarios, proficiently complete the reading, writing, translation and review of English legal documents, international contracts and regulatory documents, and be capable of independently conducting legal negotiations, business connections and professional legal communication in fluent English. 具备全场景专业法务英文履职能力，熟练完成英文法律文书、国际合同、监管文件的读写、翻译及审核工作，可独立使用流利英文开展法务谈判、业务对接及法律专业沟通；
• Other work arranged by superior leaders. 上级领导安排的其他工作；
• Comply with the company's information security management related system and requirements. 遵守公司关于信息安全管理的相关制度和要求。 Qualification 任职资格
• Bachelor degree or above, major in law or law, pass legal professional qualification examination or judicial examination, and hold relevant certificates. 本科及以上学历，法律或法学相关专业，通过法律职业资格考试或司法考试，并持有相关证书。
• Have more than 6 years of practical legal work experience, have legal experience in law firms, listed companies, pharmaceutical R&D and health industry legal affairs, board secretary work experience is preferred. 具有十年以上法务实战性工作经验，至少三年法务管理岗经验，具备律师事务所，上市公司法务，医药研发健康行业法务全盘管理经验优先考虑。
• Grasp relevant corporate laws and regulations such as company law and contract law, and be familiar with legal practices such as contract review, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and company compliance. 掌握公司法、合同法等企业相关法律法规，熟练掌握企业合规体系搭建、法律风险全盘管控、重大合同谈判审核、诉讼仲裁处置、投并购法律尽调等全板块法务实务；
• Strong communication and coordination, legal analysis, negotiation, writing and problem solving skills. 具有战略思维、全局统筹能力、团队管理能力及协调整合能力；优秀的法律研判、商业判断、跨部门协调、公文撰写及法律危机处置能力。
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. 精通全英文法务业务应用，可独立起草、审核、解读英文合同、法律意见书及监管文件；能独立开展跨境法务谈判、涉外业务法律对接及全英文专业法务工作。
