What you'll do

• Develop and implement growth strategies for the Chinese market, covering customer acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
• Plan and execute Memes, hot topics, and event gameplay to enhance brand visibility and influence and customer engagement
• Expand and maintain community, KOL, media and ecosystem collaboration resources to drive joint growth
• Combine Twitter/X, Telegram and other channels for content and dissemination, prioritize personal IP operation capabilities
• Track data and review to continuously optimize growth funnel and placement efficiency.

What you'll need

• More than 3 years of growth-related experience, with a background in Web3 wallet and exchange growth preferred
• Familiar with Chinese encryption community gameplay, understand Meme culture and content dissemination rhythm
• Having good community and KOL resources, able to independently promote cooperation and landing
• Twitter with personal IP is preferred
• Results-oriented, strong execution, able to adapt to fast-paced market changes.
