Position Overview
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a critical role in supporting residents with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. You will work closely with the nursing team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Serve meals and provide nourishment between meals as needed
- Safely ambulate, turn, and position residents
- Observe and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Support a professional, collaborative, and resident-focused team culture
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
