Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility, to promote independence.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, reporting any changes to the nursing team promptly.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to create a supportive and engaging environment for residents.
• Encourage residents to participate in social and recreational activities, enhancing their quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster trust and understanding.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA License

• Ability to work every other weekend

• CBRF Certifications or willingness to obtain them during employment

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required

• Dementia Care Training is a plus but not required. Will train the right candidate

• Great starter job in healthcare: 16 y/o and older welcome!

• Mechanical lift training provided

• Has Time Management Skills

• Great Teamwork Skills
