Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. It pays $25.00 per VISIT

Duties

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Provide catheter care and assist with other personal hygiene needs.
• Support patients in rehabilitation exercises as directed by nursing staff.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a positive environment.
• Engage with patients who have developmental disabilities, adapting care approaches to meet their unique needs.

Requirements

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Kinnser is a plus.
• Knowledge of dementia care practices and techniques for supporting individuals with cognitive impairments.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary.
