What You’ll Do

• Provide ADLs/IADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, mobility/transfer support, safe ambulation, light housekeeping & laundry.
• Meal planning/prep, hydration support, and non-medical medication reminders.
• Companionship, safety sitting, dementia/Alzheimer’s support, and fall-prevention.
• Errands and non-medical transport as assigned (appointments, groceries).
• Observe and report changes in condition; complete visit notes on time in our app.
• Maintain infection-control and client-rights standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas CNA (preferred) or equivalent experience providing hands-on elder care.
• Current CPR/First Aid, TB screen (or chest X-ray), valid driver’s license & reliable insured vehicle.
• Clear background check & OIG/Exclusion screening; two professional references.
• Able to lift/pivot/transfer 25–50 lbs safely; comfortable with gait belts/Hoyer (we’ll train).
• Smartphone proficiency for scheduling and electronic documentation; dependable and punctual.
• Respectful, patient, and client-centered communication—especially with families and those living with dementia.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, hospice support (non-medical), or post-rehab transitions.
• Bilingual (any language).
• Weekend/overnight availability.
