Nightingale at Crossett, Arkansas is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated overnight care team. The 11p-7a shift plays a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout the night. If you take pride in providing comfort, dignity, and exceptional care, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on assistance with nighttime ADLs including toileting, hygiene, and comfort care
• Monitor residents' safety and respond promptly to call lights and overnight needs
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
• Support safe transfers and mobility using proper techniques and equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided during the shift
• Communicate effectively with nurses and the incoming/outgoing care team
• Follow all safety, infection control, and facility protocols

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
