About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents at Avir at Willowcreek. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team and provide direct nursing care to our residents according to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Assist with vital signs, reporting changes to the charge nurse, and documenting resident care
• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and incidents

Requirements:

• Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire
• Previous nursing facility experience preferred
