Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at The Gardens Skilled Nursing and Rehab, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.

• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.

• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by nursing staff.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Colorado.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
