Hiring for Part-Time and Full-Time!

1st Shift Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

2nd Shift Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

3rd Shift Hours: 10:00pm - 6:30am

Hourly Compensation: $18-$22, dependent on experience

+ shift differential

• WI Nurse Aid certification required.

Delivers everyday care with skill and confidence, uses CNA abilities like reliable go-to powers, encourages resident independence, and offers helpful guidance to fellow CNAs.

Treats every resident with dignity, protects their rights and belongings, helps maintain a safe, supportive environment, and uses feedback to grow stronger in their role.

The Knowledge Keeper
Keeps certification active, stays on top of continuing education, shows up for required trainings, and follows policies and regulations with steady reliability.

Provides resident-centered care that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, encourages residents to take part in activities, supports coworkers, and shows professionalism in every shift.

What you can expect from us upon our receipt of your application:
