About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented CNA to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Your duties will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and behaviors
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
• Assisting with feeding, toileting, and transferring patients
• Encouraging patients to participate in activities and maintain their independence

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care and attention to detail
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
• Participate in patient assessments and develop care plans
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
