Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available

Job Summary:
Avir at Crockett is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Crockett, TX. As a CNA, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with the highest degree of quality care possible. Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Assist with medication administration, feeding, and other treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal resident outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and safety

Qualifications:

• Must be certified as a nursing assistant by the department of Health within four months of date of hire
• Previous nursing facility experience preferred
