Location: Des Moines area (Paid Drive Time)

Full or Part-time | Group Home & Community-Based Care for higher functioning clients CNAs Providing Direct Care and working alongside other Support Staff in the home for clients with disabilities (intellectual or behavioral) for our 24hr clients, they need CNA staff or someone with a higher level of experience that includes bathing assistance

We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to work either an 8hr shift or 2.5-4hr shifts (paid drive time) , providing consistent, high-quality care in a home-like setting. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required for all roles)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, reliable, and willing to learn

Responsibilities Include:

• Personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Meal preparation, housekeeping, and home management tasks
• Transportation to appointments and community activities
• Medication reminders (online training on systems provided)
• Documentation of services provided
• Encouraging independence and supporting client goals
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment throughout shifts
